Our granddaughter was medically kidnapped in Feb of '22 at 4-mo old. She is 3.5-yo and we're still fighting to get her back. I'm volunteering with YATP (YouAreThePower.net) to organize my home state of NC and hopefully be able to assist other families going thru this nightmare. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DEONbvutMTA/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link

Once DHS/CPS gets their hands on a child, they hang on to them for as long as possible. The money keeps coming in - state dollars matched by federal dollars - and they get bonuses when the child gets placed in foster care, and more money when the child is adopted. Although my granddaughter is in a "family" placement/guardianship (estranged half-sister of my DIL), the birth parents still have to pay child support. There is court-ordered visitation for the parents, otherwise the "guardians" wouldn't even allow visitation. The family is fractured, and the alienation/separation is actually the ONLY abuse that has happened and it is ongoing. It is literally psychological child abuse to alienate a child from innocent birth parents in this way. The entire family has suffered Legal Abuse Syndrome (a form of PTSD) due to 6-figure legal bills stretching now into the fourth year of this nightmare. NEVER take a child to a hospital that employs Child Abuse Pediatricians (CAPs), not unless you're prepared to take your attorney with you.
